Applications and supporting documents are reviewed by authorised staff. Assistance approval does not transfer money: financial assistance requires an eligible, verified RalphPay recipient and a separately confirmed, manually arranged payout from designated charitable funds. RalphPay verification is awaiting the authorised connection. Only confirmed funds count towards campaign progress. The Verified badge is awarded through a separate Foundation verification process—not simply because a campaign is published.
