Most requests do not need a general enquiry
Using the correct page means your request reaches the reviewing team responsible for it, rather than a general inbox.
I need help
If you or someone you know is facing a genuine humanitarian need, sign in and use the “Submit a Problem” page so your request can be reviewed and, where appropriate, verified.
I want to donate
Browse verified campaigns and give directly from the Donate page. Every donation is recorded against a specific case, campaign or project.
I want to volunteer
Apply through the “Become a Volunteer” page. Our volunteer administrators review every application before any assignment is made.
Look for “Submit a Problem”, “Donate”, “Start a Fundraiser” and “Become a Volunteer” in the site menu, or from an account once you have signed in.
