About On God Legacy Foundation
Building trusted bridges between need and generosity
On God Legacy Foundation is an international humanitarian and fundraising platform. We exist to connect people facing genuine hardship with people willing to help, through a process built on verification, transparency and accountability.
Our mission
What we exist to do
To identify, verify and respond to genuine humanitarian needs around the world, and to create a transparent platform where donors, volunteers and fundraisers can act on that need with confidence.
Our mission
To relieve suffering and expand opportunity by connecting verified humanitarian needs — medical care, education, shelter, food, water and protection — with donors, volunteers and fundraisers who want to help, through a platform built on evidence, accountability and dignity.
Our vision
A world in which no genuine humanitarian need goes unseen for lack of a trustworthy way to ask for help, and no act of generosity is wasted for lack of a transparent way to give it.
Our history
Formerly Tony Chukwuemeka Foundation
The same work, the same people, under a new name.
On God Legacy Foundation began as the Tony Chukwuemeka Foundation (TC Foundation), first registered in 2017. For years our volunteers carried out street outreaches, hospital visits, food and clothing distributions and support for elderly people under that name.
In 2026 the foundation was rebranded and registered as On God Legacy Foundation. Only the name and the branding changed — the mission, the leadership and the communities we serve remain the same. Photographs taken before the change may still show our earlier Tony Chukwuemeka Foundation branding.
Our values
What guides our decisions
These principles shape every policy, review and feature on this platform.
Compassion with dignity
We treat every person we serve as the author of their own story, not a subject of pity. Support is delivered in a way that protects privacy and self-respect.
Verification before publication
No case or fundraiser reaches the public platform until it has been reviewed and formally verified. Trust is built through process, not promises.
Transparency in every figure
Donations, fees and allocations are recorded as separate, auditable line items so donors can always see where funds go.
Sustainable, local impact
We prioritise support that builds lasting capability in communities — education, healthcare access, clean water and livelihoods — over one-off gestures.
How the foundation works
From a request for help to accounted-for funds
Every case and every campaign follows the same disciplined path before it can receive a single donation.
- 1
Requests for help are submitted
Anyone with a registered account can submit a request describing a genuine humanitarian need, together with supporting evidence.
- 2
Trained reviewers investigate
Case administrators and volunteers examine the evidence, may request further documentation, and record their findings in an internal investigation report.
- 3
An authorised administrator verifies
Only a designated administrator can move a case or campaign to verified status. This separation of duties prevents any single person from fast-tracking an unverified need.
- 4
Funds are received and accounted for
Donations are recorded against the specific case, campaign or project. We take no percentage cut; processing fees and transfer charges are itemised separately from the net amount allocated to the beneficiary.
- 5
Progress is reported back
Where appropriate, project and campaign updates are published so donors and the public can see how support was used.

Verification commitment
Our commitment to verification and safeguarding
We take seriously the responsibility of standing between donors and the people they want to help.
- No case, campaign or project is published without documented review and formal verification.
- Verification decisions and supporting evidence are logged in an internal audit trail.
- Donation confirmation and refunds are handled by finance administrators, separately from those who verify cases.
- Concerns about the safety or wellbeing of vulnerable people, including children, are handled under our safeguarding policy, which sets out how to raise a concern.
