Terms of Use

On God Legacy Foundation operates this platform to receive, verify and publicise genuine humanitarian needs, and to facilitate donations, fundraising campaigns, volunteering and related humanitarian programmes.

You must be able to form a binding legal agreement in your country of residence to create an account. Accounts must be registered with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

Anyone submitting a case, campaign, project update, story or volunteer application confirms that the information and evidence provided is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Submitting false, exaggerated or misleading information to obtain donations or verification is a serious violation of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Verification reflects a genuine, documented review process undertaken by our staff and volunteers. It reduces risk but cannot eliminate it entirely. On God Legacy Foundation is not a guarantor of the outcome of any campaign and does not guarantee that a stated target amount will be reached.

• Submitting fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful or misleading content or evidence.
• Using the platform to solicit funds for purposes other than the stated, verified need.
• Attempting to bypass verification, review or fee controls.
• Harassing, discriminating against, or endangering the safety of any person on the platform.
• Uploading content that infringes another person's rights or exposes a vulnerable person without appropriate care.
• Interfering with the security or normal operation of the platform.

Donations processed through the platform are subject to a management fee and, where applicable, payment processing fees and transfer charges, as described in our Transparency page and Donation Policy. These amounts are itemised separately from the net amount allocated to a case, campaign or project.

We may suspend or remove an account, case, campaign or piece of content that breaches these terms, is under investigation, or poses a risk to donors, beneficiaries or the platform, in line with our internal review procedures.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, On God Legacy Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, though nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
